We’re currently looking for an HRO Expert to drive the implementation of high-reliability transformations for our health system clients. Working from the client site and your home office, you’ll work closely with hospital leadership including stakeholders from across several functional areas and particularly with Unit level teams – such as those in the ICU, Internal Medicine, ER – to help them define and execute upon initiatives to improve teamwork, patient safety, and operations. You’ll play a key facilitation role and provide ongoing support to ensure that these Units develop a culture of continuous measurement, learning, and improvement.
Requirements for this team member position are: consulting, implementation and change management experience in fast-paced environments; Bachelor or Graduate degree with >5 years of work experience in a healthcare setting; PMP certification preferred but not a must; ability to travel approximately 40-60% of the time, with the balance from home office. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for brainstorming creative concepts, develop original design concepts for both web and print, and participate in visual design presentations. They work with Development, Sales, Subject Matter Experts, and End Users to make design and interface decisions and guide product strategies.
The UI/UX Designer will workswith internal teams to design new products and enhance existing products. They have a big picture vision and a desire to move that vision towards reality. They are able to research design trends and understand the needs of the target audience. They plan for long term sustainability of the product line.
Requirements for this position include: Minimum of two to three years experience in UI/UX Design, ideally with a deep understanding of the healthcare/software industry.
