Software Engineer

Galen Montague brings a wealth of experience to his current responsibilities as lead of the Safe & Reliable Healthcare Survey Analysis team.

After earning a BFA in Illustration from BYU, Galen worked for several years as a graphic designer and illustrator, gaining technical experience with various platforms and design applications. Galen continued his learning by pursuing a masters degree in education, subsequently gaining 15 plus years of experience in the education industry, most of which were spent in private education managing and training fellow educators.

Galen continued his education by studying software engineering at Bottega, fostering his love of problem solving and increasing his technical experience. Galen’s responsibilities at Safe & Reliable include working with clients to meet their technical survey needs, provisioning, implementing, and processing the SCORE survey to assist clients in their improvement of culture, safety, and engagement.

In his free time, Galen thoroughly enjoys spending time with his five children and amazingly patient, beautiful wife. Personal pursuits include volleyball, tennis, piano, gardening, sentence diagramming, and a never-ending quest to perfect his ice cream making--and consuming--skills.
