Monica was born in Washington D.C., grew up in Maryland, and raised 5 now sons in Lancaster County, PA.  She has a masters degree in Biology (Lichenology) and spent several years as the Collections Manager at the BYU Herbarium for Non-vascular Cryptogams, managing a 40,000+ specimen lichen collection and database.  While at BYU she and her student employee team digitized 40,000 specimen packets and entered thousands of new specimens into the database.  Monica is used to keeping track of data and enjoys working with the clients at S&R!
